Here is the new group of students for the course in three episodes of Pastry Techniques: apart from two of our old friends (Michael and Marie) have had the pleasure of meeting new friends 6. The feeling was immediate! Claudia has been involved all in the first lesson devoted to the mixtures with its basic preparations: short pastry, sponge cake, pie choux puffs for some good, brioche bread, sponge cake, pastry crust for a very good QUICHE LORRAINE.
And a big WELCOME to our new students very nice!
